Including, Core sample analysis, U Value Calculations, Electronic Leak Detection, and infra red roof surveys to allow us to detect damp areas of the roof structure, identify failing waterproofing and to enable the design and specification of a cost effective and fit for purpose roofing system.
The in depth suveys also allow us to offer a wide range of guarantees to suit all budgets from 10, 15, 20, and 30 year options and including Design, Material, and Workmanship.

Thermolast Roofing Ltd are very proud to have just completed a total refurbishment of the main factory roof at Premier Foods Carlton Barnsley.
The roof was just over 30,000 square metres in total and was completed in 2 years in 4 continual phases.
